The idea behind Full Proof was first and foremost nostalgic — we thought of our favorite childhood memory, grabbing a slice with family at local pizza shops.

Full Proof Pizza is a New York Style, naturally leavened pizza concept started by the acclaimed and James-Beard recognized bakers Or Amsalam and Alex Phaneuf, who are behind Los Angeles favorite Lodge Bread Co.

Inspired by their bakery pizza nights in 2015, their love of pizza is not unlike anyone else’s. Alex and Or are obsessed with the age-old, bakery-born classic and would love to share their style with the city.
